"He is a valiant missionary, a servant worthy of recommendation in the light of the Word of God."
I had the privilege of meeting Pr. Paulo Henrique in 2005, when I visited SEMIPA — Semeadores Missionários com Paixão pelas Almas — in Rio de Janeiro. On that occasion, I could already see that his heart was fully dedicated to the missionary work. His words and the enthusiasm with which he presented each project clearly showed his passion for souls.

During that period, I also had the opportunity to learn about his work in India — not only in founding projects, but especially in training indigenous workers and leaders, with the purpose of not only sowing the Gospel, but also promoting the expansion of Christ's work through those local leaders.
Subsequently came other important projects, such as his dedication to structuring the Missionary Training Course promoted by SEMIPA, as well as his active participation in supporting missionary events of churches that sustain the India Project and other missionary initiatives, both cross-cultural and national. Also noteworthy is his relevant involvement in SEMIPA congresses and, finally, the growing fervour in his heart for missionary work in Europe, specifically in Portugal.
Currently, as a missionary in Portugal, he has dedicated himself to the teaching and guidance of leaders and members, always focused on evangelism and the proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Throughout these years, I have never observed any change in his character, nor any abandonment of his purposes or his goals, even in the face of the most intense and challenging struggles.
In addition to his exemplary ministry, he also stands out as a family man: a dedicated husband and a loving father, a reference both inside and outside the home.
I therefore take great pleasure in recommending him not only for the missionary work, but also for all his endeavours, which I consider true gems, capable of instructing, equipping and guiding those who wish to become true men of God.
