Data We Collect
- Contact form: name, email, message, IP, user agent.
- "I want to be a monthly partner" form (How to Support page): name, email, WhatsApp (optional), intended contribution amount and method, day of the month and remarks (optional).
- Minimal technical logs (anti-spam/security) such as timestamp.
Legal Basis
- Contact: legitimate interest/responding to requests.
- Monthly partnership: consent of whoever fills in the form.
- Security: legitimate interest to protect the service.
How We Use Data
- Respond to messages sent via the contact form.
- Acknowledge, record and follow up the monthly partnership and, if you select the option, send the Monthly Letters. This data is never sold or shared.
- Prevent abuse (spam) and improve security.
Retention
- Contact: kept as needed to respond and maintain minimal history.
- Monthly partnership: for as long as the partnership lasts, or until you request removal.
- You may request removal or anonymization at any time.
Your Rights
- Access, rectify or erase your data.
- Request restriction or objection where applicable.
- Data portability for data you provided.
Cookies and Security
- We use only essential cookies (CSRF, technical session).
- Site served over HTTPS with security headers (CSP, HSTS).
- No marketing or advertising cookies are used.
- YouTube videos: the site only shows an image stored here. The YouTube player, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), loads only when you click to watch. From then on, Google's privacy policy applies.
